Celina’s love of all things musical was impetus for her move from country Queensland to Melbourne, Victoria. With ambitions to combine her passions of music and theatre, Celina enrolled in, and completed studies in a Diploma of Fine Arts (2011) at Dance World Studios, South Melbourne, and a Certificate III in Performing Arts (Musical Theatre) under APO Arts Academy in 2010.
Celina’s previous training credits include: the Royal Academy of Dancing Advanced I; Certificate qualifications in a variety of dance styles; Certificate in Drama at Trinity College; AMEB piano grades 6; and training at Theatre Arts Mackay, under the direction of Lynette Denny.
In 2010, Celina kick started her professional career with The Production Company’s, King & I and Kismet in 2011. She has performed in various commercial engagements - the hero girl in a Hoyts Cinema advertisement, and as an ensemble member for Bravissimo.
Celina is excited to be involved in this production of South Pacific and looks forward to performing the role of Liat.
