Elise graduated from NIDA in 2003 and has since performed extensively across Australia.
Her professional theatre debut began in the Australian cast of Fiddler on the Roof for TML where she understudied and later took over the role of Fruma Sarah alongside Topol. Other theatrical credits include Camelot for The Production Company, David Morrow and Mel Mitchell’s Palace Whore, My Fair Lady for Opera Australia, and Little Women The Broadway Musical for Kookaburra where she covered all 6 female roles and performed the lead role of Jo on a number of occasions.
In 2009 Elise originated the lead role of June in the Australian Premiere of the musical spoof Musical of Musicals (the Musical) for Triptych Theatre, after which she played the principal role of Ali in the 10th Anniversary Australian Tour of Mamma Mia! (Louise Withers/Littlestar Services).
In 2010, 2011 Elise performed alongside Anthony Warlow in the World Premiere cast of Doctor Zhivago the Musical for GFO/Skyline Theatricals.
In March of this year Elise performed the role of Imelda Thornton in On the Twentieth Century for Neglected Musicals Australia and is next appearing in a new show 12 Songs to Save Your Life premiering in Sydney in May alongside Marika Aubrey and Johanna Allen.
Elise’s cabaret appearances include the 3rd Annual Cabaret Showcase at Bar Me (2005), Lawlapalooza Music Festival (2006), All Star Cabaret for the Sydney Theatre Company (2008) and Up Close and Musical for Kookaburra (2008).
